Determining a precise scope of works at the very beginning of the project, we work phase by phase to ensure cost certainty from design stage and to minimise variations during stage 4/5. Our projects are always delivered within budget due to our unique process.

Beyond designing our systems, we actively coordinate with the entire project team. We work with structural engineers and MEP contractors to establish practical pipework routes and ensure the electrical contractor provides the required power supply, collaborate with joinery contractors to conceal units, and liaise with the interior designer to maintain the integrity of the design, ensuring a smooth and coordinated result.

Working as a specialist consultant and contractor, we undertake the full design of the air conditioning system including equipment selection and services integration, floorplan drawings, detailed joinery drawings and CGIs, access and control planning. We work alongside the M&E consultant (if one is appointed) to integrate our air conditioning design into their mechanical and electrical design to enable a fully workable solution

We have a 100% success rate to date in securing planning permission for external condenser units, including in sensitive cases such as listed buildings and conservation areas. Our comprehensive, streamlined approach guarantees smooth coordination across all parties and adherence to project schedule. Taking the whole package under one roof, including equipment specification, acoustic testing, environmental impact assessment and acoustic design, we provide an efficient service tailored to the individual property and client requirements.

Our design process includes detailed drawings and optional CGIs to ensure clarity from the outset. From initial floor plan markups and equipment location drawings to pipework and services routes, joinery details, elevations, and as-built documentation, we deliver a service that guarantees that the final result aligns precisely with the agreed-upon design aesthetic.

All of our designs are covered by £5m Professional Indemnity Insurance. In addition to this, we hold £10m Employers Liability Insurance and £5m Public and Products Liability Insurance.

Our installations are fully warrantied for 12 months, and all manufacturers equipment warranties are passed on to you and upheld by us for your peace of mind.
