Retrofit

From coordinating builders’ works and rerouting services to working alongside the interior designer, every detail must be managed with care to achieve an impeccable result while preserving the character and integrity of the space.

Refurbishment

Collaboration with all other project parties is key when incorporating air conditioning installation into a full property refurbishment or a new build project. Adhering to programme and coordinating with other trades ensures we can deliver the desired outcome with minimal disruption to the wider project.

1 - Virtual Meeting

Video call to discuss initial requirements, showcase options and provide indicative project costs.

2 - Design workshop

On-site technical workshop to assess project feasibility and explore options discussed at the virtual meeting.

3 - Scope of works

Written report to confirm proposed scope of works and update the indicative project costs.

4 - Design development

Comprehensive design development including specification, drawings, calculations, coordination with other trades, and condenser planning application documents if required.
