We specialise in planning applications for external air conditioning units, even in the most complex cases such as listed buildings, conservation areas and estate-managed properties. Our streamlined, all-in-one service allows smooth coordination, adherence to programme and very high success rate.

We provide a discreet, confidential, white-glove aftercare service for our completed installations. Our highly trained in-house prime residential aftercare team take on the ongoing maintenance of your system to keep your home cool and comfortable.

We work with you (or your interior designer if relevant) to ensure the installation complements the interior design of your home. We are passionate about aesthetics, and every room is considered for how the air conditioning can be as unobtrusive and unnoticeable as possible. Wherever possible we design out grilles and access hatches and dropped bulkheads, instead incorporating shadow gaps, concealed access panels and clever integration.

With noise from internal units being the biggest objection to air conditioning in the residential market, we place great emphasis on ensuring that sound outbreak is addressed and minimised. At design stage on every project, we ensure our clients are aware of the likely sound levels in each room from their system, and offer solutions to acoustically treat any units that are in sound-sensitive areas. Through correct design, it is possible to achieve a full cooling solution that is virtually inaudible. This, combined with a beautifully discreet aesthetic, enables perfect, cool, quiet comfort throughout the home.

All of our designs are covered by £5m Professional Indemnity Insurance. In addition to this, we hold £10m Employers Liability Insurance and £5m Public and Products Liability Insurance.

Our installations are fully warrantied for 12 months, and all manufacturers equipment warranties are passed on to you and upheld by us for your peace of mind.
